What makes ripstop fabric different from standard textiles?
Ripstop fabrics are engineered using a special reinforcing technique that makes them resistant to tearing and ripping. During weaving, reinforcement yarns are interwoven at regular intervals in a crosshatch pattern, providing superior durability for outdoor and high-performance fashion.
How long does shipping take for custom fabric orders?
Standard orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. For custom-printed patterns via our OutdoorINK® service, please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
Can I return fabric that has already been cut?
We accept returns on full-price, non-custom items within 30 days of purchase. However, please note that fabric that has been cut, washed, or altered by the customer cannot be returned.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for professional designers?
Yes, we offer a dedicated wholesale program for businesses and professional makers. You can apply for a wholesale account through our site to access bulk pricing on rolls and hardware.
Are your materials waterproof or water-resistant?
We offer a variety of coatings including PU, Silnylon, and DWR finishes. The level of protection varies by product, from breathable water-resistance to fully waterproof membranes suitable for extreme weather gear.
