At Ripstop by the Roll, we want to ensure you have the perfect materials for your projects; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unwashed and uncut fabrics and gear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your unused fabrics and place them in the original packaging or a secure shipping bag to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
